Excellent service from initial quote to installation LGM fitted two new windows and a front door 07.01.25 on my bungalow. From initial contact for a quote through to installation I found LGM Excellent. Great advice on the types of doors available and various window options. The team worked so hard in very cold conditions and were professional and informative, checking on old wires found once the old windows and door came out. They left the installation immaculately, everything inside and out tidied away and disposed of. Two really pleasant hard working guys! My newish {4 year old} composite door was catching, so I thought a little adjustment was needed. Called these guys out, they attended and immediately pointed out that the frame had not been fitted correctly and that a hinge failed. They soon set about correcting the initial install, and replacing the hinge. Whilst on site they also repaired a window, which a previous "Tradesman" had tried to repair and failed miserably. Both jobs completed in a timely manner by 2 skilled, professionals, at a very reasonable price, these are now my go to company for anything double glazing related. Lee and his team were nothing short of brilliant, the whole process was seamless, professional and reasonably priced. Quality of work excellent, they even hoovered up after completing the job. Well worth the money, coffee and chocolate biscuits.
